About this service
We translate personal and official documents for submission to government agencies, courts, universities, insurance companies, and professional licensing boards. Our most frequently requested documents include birth certificates, marriage and divorce records, death certificates, national identity documents, passports, police clearance certificates, academic transcripts and diplomas, and driver's licenses. For Idaho and Pacific Northwest clients, we handle a significant volume of immigration-related document translation for agricultural and construction workers, as well as academic records for international students at Boise State, University of Idaho, and other regional institutions. Each document translation is reviewed by a second linguist before delivery. For documents requiring certification, we produce a signed translator certification statement with credentials. We deliver in the same format as the original, plus a clean PDF. For personal document translation, we also offer a notarization coordination service through our network of licensed notaries in Idaho and Washington.
