Delivery Policy

Effective: June 13, 2026

1. Digital Delivery

All to-translation services are delivered digitally. Completed translation files are sent to the email address provided at checkout. There is no physical delivery of any kind. Files are delivered in the original format plus a clean PDF.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery is 5-10 business days for most projects under 2,500 words. Express service is 2-4 business days at a 25% surcharge. Rush delivery is 24 hours at a 65% surcharge. All timelines are confirmed during the project brief review and run from receipt of all source documents.

3. Confirmation

You receive an email when your files are delivered. If you have not received your files within the agreed window, contact us at hello@to-translation.com with your order reference.

4. Certified Translations

Certified translations include a signed translator certification statement and credentials. Notarized copies require coordination with a licensed notary and may add 1-3 business days. Timelines are confirmed before work begins.
